The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (MFAEI) of Montenegro, the Ministry for European Integration of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo on March 17 announced the competition for the conceptual design of the visual identity of the IPA Cross-border Programme for Montenegro-Albania and Montenegro-Kosovo.
The competition was announced on the web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration www.mvpei.gov.me, the web portal www.eu.me, the Ministry for European Integration of the Republic of Albania www.integrimi.gov.al and the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo https://mapl.rks-gov.net. The competition was open until the 4th of May and there were a total 8 copyright works received.
The right to participate in the competition was granted to professional designers and design companies, students, staff and professors of art, design and architecture from Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo, including public and private universities.
The received documents were reviewed by the Commission for the evaluation appointed by the three mentioned ministries. Works were evaluated on the following criteria: connectivity with the theme of the competition, graphic quality, originality and applicability.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (MFAEI) of Montenegro awarded a cash prize in the amount of 800,00 € the author of the best work in the framework of the project “Technical support CBC programs Montenegro-Albania and Montenegro-Kosovo” which was concluded between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro and the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro.

Pedja Parovic, Belgrade based architect.
