IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2014-2020 The global objective of the programme is to improve the standard and quality of living of the people in the programme area through the environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development of the region, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage.
The Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro published today the 1st Call for Proposals for the IPA Cross-border Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2014-2020.
The global objective of the 1st Call for Proposals is to improve the standard and quality of living of the people in the programme area through the environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development of the region, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage. The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 2,040,000.00 (EU contribution – merged IPA allocations 2014 – amounting of 840,000.00 EUR and 2015 – amounting of 1,200,000.00 EUR).
The call is open for the following thematic priorities: Promoting employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across the border; Protecting the environment, promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management; and Encouraging tourism and cultural and natural heritage.
Deadline for submission of concept note is the 25th April 2017.
