Training on Project Cycle Management organized within the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020 held in Rozaje

Within preparations for the publication of the first Call for Proposals under the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2014-2020, the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro, the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo and the Joint Technical Secretariat organized a three-day training in Rozaje from 28th February until March 2nd 2017 on Project Cycle Management.

During the training, participants were introduced to the concept of the project cycle, stakeholder analysis, with the Logical Framework Matrix as the main planning tool, activity plan, as well as with all the project design tools and project management based on the logic framework matrix analysis. In addition, they received answers to a number of issues related to project management procedures, budgeting, partner responsibilities, and changes in the system of indirect management, and new rules and procedures.
