The Joint technical Secretariat for IPA CBC Programmes Montenegro-Albania and Montenegro-Kosovo in cooperation with the European Integration Office of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) and Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo organized trainings and workshops for potential applicants as part of the activities before launching the 2nd CfP within IPA CBC Programme Montenegro-Kosovo.
In the period from 23 October – 2 November 2018, two PCM trainings and two Project Clinics were held in Gjakova (Kosovo) and Berane (Crna Gora). These events presented an opportunity for participants to learn the Project Cycle Management basics through practical work, examples, group discussions and questions and answers, as well as through discussion and advice on how to overcome common mistakes within various sections of the Concept Note and Grant Application Form. The events were attended by 82 representatives of institutions, municipalities and civil sector from the Programme area.
The trainings provided are part of the Technical Assistance to the IPA CBC Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo funded by the European Union.
