The trainings were held in Peja/Peć (Kosovo) in period 23-25 October 2019 and Bijelo Polje (Montenegro) from 30 October – 1 November 2019. These trainings were attended in total by 29 participants representing different stakeholders such as local authorities, national authorities, public institutions, local and national NGOs, etc.

The three-day training aimed to provide the participants all necessary elements and information needed for them to be able to understand the grant preparation process, cross–border partnerships and project development process according to the logical framework approach. In addition, through group works, the participants were trained to create a logical framework matrix and use those pieces of information to complete certain parts of the concept note and application form.

The trainings provided are part of the Technical Assistance to the IPA CBC Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo funded by the European Union.
