IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2014-2020 The global objective of the programme is to improve the standard and quality of living of the people in the programme area through the environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development of the region, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage.
We have pleasure to inform you that the Directorate for Finance, Contracting and Implementation of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU), Ministry of Finance of Montenegro published the 1st Call for Proposals (CfP) for the IPA III Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo 2021-2027 on 10th September 2024.
The overall indicative amount available under this call is EUR 5,400,000.00 and it will cover the following thematic priorities (TP):
- TP 1 – Employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across borders;
- TP 2- Tourism and cultural and natural heritage.

In addition, we have pleasure to invite you to the Kick-off event and Information sessions that will be organized on the occasion of launching the 1st Call for Proposals of the IPA III Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro and Kosovo 2021-2027 by the Managing Structures of the Programme and Joint Technical Secretariat.
The Kick-off event and Information sessions that will be organized in Montenegro will be held in the following dates and places:
Kick-off event and first Information session:
- Municipality of Tuzi on 23rd September 2024 within the premises of the Assembly of Municipality of Tuzi (address: Str 1/44, Tuzi, Montenegro).
