The Partner Search Forum was organized as a part of preparation activity before the publication of the 1st CfP within IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo. The Forum was organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the CBC Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo, in cooperation with Managing Structures of the Programme, Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro, Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo and Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance, Contracting and Implementation of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU). The Forum was organized in Peja on 26th July 2024, with the aim to provide detailed information to the participants about the IPA III Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Kosovo 2021-2027 and to enable potential project partners from both sides of the programme area to meet each other, to share and discuss their project ideas and to establish personal contacts for future partnership formation and successful project cooperation.

During the first session of the event, participants were informed about the IPA III Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Kosovo 2021-2027, the principles of cross-border partnership and the overall content of the Application Package. Moreover, during the second session, participants took part in thematic workshops of particular interest to them, where they learned more on programme’s thematic priorities, shared project ideas, identified possible partners, exchanged contact details and created a foundation for future possible partnership with potential applicants from the other side of the border.
